Heat Pump Federation - a representative body for the heat pump sector. Can provide help choosing systems and installers and advice on all things heat pump related. (As featured in “The Happy Heat Pump” podcast)
Reigate & Banstead Borough Council - for information about planning requirements (until 7 pm) and advice on making your home sustainable
Surrey Climate Commission - an independent body supporting Surrey’s transition to a carbon-neutral future. SCC offers energy support for vulnerable residents.

Greener Futures Group - undertakes strategic energy work in Surrey, including the “Surrey Home Energy Improvement Guide” and the “Solar Together” bulk purchase scheme for solar panels and batteries
Furbnow - provides a “One-Stop Shop” for whole-house assessments and project management of home improvement plans
Surrey Trading Standards - provides information and advice on consumer issues, including finding reputable traders and avoiding scams
Marketplace - suppliers/installers
Instagroup - a UK-wide accredited supplier that has worked closely with Action Surrey to deliver upgrades to 350 properties in Surrey. Provides cavity, loft and external wall insulation as well as solar power
Optimus Heating (Horley) - a small local supplier that specialises in domestic, low carbon energy solutions. MCS certified for Heat Pumps, Solar PV and battery storage
Raven Renewables - a Redhill-based installer of solar panels, heat pumps and battery storage systems. All profits are gifted back to social housing for wider social value
SME Energy Centre (Banstead) - a local supplier with a shop front on Banstead High Street, where you can explore the latest energy-efficient technology
